Tuesday: Lunch with Ernest (Sorry, didn't take any photos), then met Jas (photos below) and then had dinner with Jermyn.. took the same train as Steven on my way home.. was nice to catch up with him.. then derek dropped by after some farewell dinner for his officer and after he finished playing LAN.. lol.. basically, it was nice catching up with everyone!

title-less

hmm.. i hate having to give my entries titles.. can't they do without a title? sheesh.. haha.. well, most of my friends from Australia have already gone back. uni starts tmr.. and here i am.. haha.. i'm still in s'pore and i'll be here for another week. i'm glad i have this extra week.. but my week is soooooooo packed! and i dont even get to meet all the people i want to meet! :( oh well.. i suppose that's expected considering it's such a short trip.. it's been a wonderful holiday and i really enjoyed myself.. soooo much has happened in such a short time. ask if you want to know.. i'm not gonna publicise my life up here.. haha.. so, i've got my week all planned out.. monday and wednesday will be spent with my special someone! :) thursday is set aside for my mum.. on tuesday, coffee in the late afternoon with Ernest and dinner with Jermyn.. breakfast with Adriel on friday morning.. and on saturday i'm off.. :( and he won't be able to send me off cos he's got NDP rehersal.. oh well.. 4 months will pass really quickly.. besides, he might come and visit me after he ORDs.. then we'll probably travel a bit around aust and then come back for the standard chartered marathon thingy and mission trip.. oooohhh... it's gonna be such an exciting summer break this year.. i might even be going to China with my mum! hehe.. can't wait for december to come!

oh well.. i'm off to get ready for bed.. i need sleep.. can't wait to see him tmr.. he really makes me really really happy.. i've never felt so sure before.. everything feels right.. if you know what i mean.. and please don't be too quick to judge us.. see how happy we are together first before you make any judgements.. :)

back in S'pore again

sorry for the delay in the new posting.. oh well, like the title says, i'm back in s'pore again.. it's really awesome to be back in s'pore.. even though the flight was really long cos i had to transit in perth.. that's cos all the direct flights were full.. and i only booked my ticket to come back 6 days before i left.. haha.. oh well, it was a last minute decision.. but i'm really glad i came back.. so much has happened.. 2 people i know were involved in separate road accidents.. both were really serious, but thank God they're still alive.. Andrew's still in really bad shape, but i hope he gets well soon..

on a brighter note, i've been having a blast.. makes me wonder why i even left for australia in the first place.. haha.. been shopping and shopping and shopping and shopping and shopping.. probably bought a small portion of s'pore la.. haha.. but oh well, they were good purchases.. yeah, everyone says that.. haha.. but i'm happy and that's what counts.. :)

i love my friends.. i have such a blast when i'm with them.. they really light up my world.. ahhh... how'm i gonna leave in 2 weeks? i dont think i'll bare to leave.. haha.. but it's been a great holiday back.. im really glad i came back.. i've gained something i otherwise might not have.. ;) oh! and i finally went for mambo last week! woo hoooooooooooo! i LOVE mambo nights.. woohoo.. should go more often.. ok.. im off to watch ugly betty.. i miss winter.. hehe.. have a great week people.. i wanna meet up with all of you.. call me and arrange ya? my s'pore number is 93850549.. ciao!

Exams and dresses...

One exam down, one to go.. last one is on tuesday.. i can't really complain about studying for it.. although i've got 6 books to read, i get to watch 2 movies as well.. haha.. one is The Hours, the other is the Pride and Prejudice 1995 version movie, which is 6 hours long!!! just finished watching it.. and now i've got a splitting headache.. suppose i've been cooped up indoors for too long.. oh well.. suppose some fresh air will do me good.. neways.. i have to go check on dinner and serve it before someone gets mad at me.. sheesh.. btw, found this picture of Audrey Hepburn.. think she looks really nice in it.. and it's a stunning dress.. ugh! i'm being called for.. gotta go! ciao!

shopping spreeeeee

so.. today i went shopping with my aunt.. we went to marion, and while we didn't plan to buy anything, we ended up getting stuff anyway.. i bought 3 pairs jeans and a top all from Stella McCartney.. the jeans were A$120 each and the top was A$80.. total of A$ 440.. haha.. but of course i didn't pay that much.. i got a discount, so it was a really good deal... oooooOOoooOO.. new clothes! hehe.. 2 are skinny jeans.. what was i thinking?!? haha.. but they look pretty good.. the other is more of a straight cut.. but i wanna alter it first.. i'll be going for OCF tmr evening.. kinda excited but nervous too.. hehe.. i seriously need to socialize more.. need to be less lazy and get out of the house.. oh well, friday night tmr.. Mao, wanna go out? haha.. better not la, we should study.. but oooohh... it's sooooo tempting.. aiyah.. waste of money.. rather shop and eat! okie.. better go finish my assignment and submit it tmr.. nights all!

always look on the bright side of life..

life constantly throws us into different situations, and sometimes they aren't pleasant ones. but i'm trying to learn to look on the bright side of things. i'm trying to find something positive in every negative situation. although i've only been doing this for a while, i feel a lot happier. there are so many people in the world who are less fortunate than myself, and by being grateful for what i have, will help me to appreciate life more. sometimes i ask God why he puts me in certain situations, and i believe that it's so that i can eventually help someone who may be in a similar situation.

thank you to all my friends for being there for me and for cheering me up or just being silly with me.. thanks Mao for agreeing to watch a movie with me at such short notice.. i always have so much fun when i go out with her.. she's good fun! hehe..

thankfully i've finished 2 of my assignments and submitted them today.. just left one more that's due on thursday.. after that study study study.. hehe.. oh, and i'm on swot-vac! haha.. been waiting to say that.. lol.. have a great week peeps!
