Mars Parade had their last gig at Ben & Jerry's yesterday, so a bunch of us went down to watch them.. they are awesome!! they're really pretty good.. it was fun watching them and also hanging out with the group that went.. they'll be performing at the church carnival on 1st dec too! so be sure to be there! :) after that we went for supper in bugis.. it was some chinese shop which served pretty funny combinations of food.. but the company was awesome.. we got to meet Jen, the newest member of the band.. she's pretty cool and friendly too.. chris sent mich, alicia, ger and jen back, and mel sent abbie, liz, dennis and i back.. but just when we were dropping abbie off, we got a call from the other car.. chris' car had a flat tyre.. so mel dropped liz and i home then went to save the day.. lol.. poor guys.. cos they still had to be up really early for work today, and by that time it was already 1.30am.. haha.. oh well..

so, i should be out running now, but im lazy.. i've only got 11 more days till stan chartered.. im dead.. haha.. i'll start tmr.. i know i keep saying that.. but i really really will.. maybe i'll go this evening.. yeah, that sounds like a good idea.. i'm gonna meet abbie at 4pm at tampines.. im gonna go to her agency and see if they can get me a job.. i seriously cant spend another day at home.. i was soooo bored yesterday.. so i'm praying i'll get a suitable job.. then we're heading down to city hall to pass something to her dad's friend or client or something like that.. then we'll probably go walk walk.. think we were going to go to novo and look at shoes.. i need a pair of flats.. i've been wearing heels the past few times i've been out cos those are the only formal shoes i have.. i need a pair of flats.. so yup.. then we'll probably come home then i'll probably go for a run then have dinner.. then TV time! woohoo! love tv.. lol..

i spent a couple of hours yesterday trying to re-organise my wardrobe, cos it's sooooooooooooooo full.. and there's no space for my new stuff.. plus it doesnt help that my mum has taken over 2 doors of my hanging space.. lol.. oh well.. maybe it's time to get rid of some things.. but everything's so new and pretty i can't bear to give it away.. but there are somethings i can't wear which i'm giving away.. so if anyone wants clothes ask me! haha.. i'm outta here for now.. ciao ciao ciao..

sorry for the lack of updates.. been too busy and lazy to blog.. besides, i was in bangkok for a week with no internet access.. sheesh.. but i survived.. no internet, no ipod and no mobile phone for a whole week.. thank goodness for shopping whivh distracted me.. my mum and i were insane.. we'd shop from morning to night.. we would be sooooo exhausted by the time we went to bed.. only to hvae to wake up and start all over again the next day.. but it was gooooooooood :) bought lots of stuff.. yay! so.. lots has happened since i've been back.. i'm really glad to be back.. i love the fact that i can call abbie anytime i want.. haha..

thanks to ivan, i just realised i've got 12 more days till standard chartered.. i know i'm only running 10km.. but i've totally not been preparing for it la.. im sooooo screwed.. think i better start running again.. haha.. i think i havent run in over a month.. oh dear oh dear oh dear.. im in sooo much trouble.. haha.. 2 weeks to prepare.. God pls help me!!!

been preparing for the mission trip to Cambodia.. i wanted God to stretch me and take me out of my comfort zones and before we've even left thats already happening.. my role in this trip is prayer i/c.. it may seem like an easy thing to do, but for me, it'll be a lot easier to be treasurer or in charge of logistics.. but it's good.. it's teaching me to rely on Him more and more and not to lean on my own understanding.. :) i'm really excited about this trip.. i can't wait to go.. i feel like packing my bag now, but i know it's way too soon.. patience emma, patience.. haha..

i wanna have a house party.. michell and i agreed we both wanna have a themed party.. anyone else up for it? haha.. who's house should we use? how about chris' place? haha.. i havent even asked him yet.. lol.. chris, can we crash your place? there, now i've asked.. haha..

went for mambo the first week i got back.. it was insanely crowded.. and the music was pretty bad at first.. we almost left at 2 am la.. but then we met friends and ended up staying till 5am.. by the time we got home it was 5.30.. and we were supposed to be up at 7 to go for the walk-a-thon thingy.. which we didnt wake up for.. besides, it was raining... but apparently the rain stopped and they still walked.. haha..
